Description

90 x 60 second subs
There was no Moon present in the sky, so I captured this without filters.
Revision D is a processed single sub with a wider FOV for a clearer look at the Comet.

A few fun facts:

-  It is estimated that comets travel about 2,000 miles per hour. However, when a comet approaches the Sun, its speed will increase and often exceeds 100,000 miles per hour.

-  Comets are composed primarily of frozen ammonia, methane or water, and contain only small amounts of rocky material.

-  A comet’s lifespan may only be thousands of years – relatively small number when compared to the lifespan of the Solar System.

-  There is a Tail Disconnect forming near the end of the GIF.

-  No photobombs? Where are the satellites and aircraft??

-  The ISS came across Polaris while I was polar aligning.

Thanks for checking it out!!
Eddie
